USE ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES TO QUIT SMOKING

ecigaretteWhen we take a good look around us, we do find that people are turning everyday to the use of e-cigarettes or e-cigs as they are fondly called. They do offer smokers and non smokers a lot of great options and health benefits as well.

With the invention of this new form of cigarette, there is not much that has been done to deeply study this form of cigarette in the aspects of safety or how well effective they are but generally, they do offer a lot of health benefits and safety as well. When studies were carried out in recent years with small groups of smokers to test how effective e-cigs were in quitting smoking, it was found that those who took part in the study were able to quit smoking over a short period of time. It was also found that it aided in the reduction of the amount of cigarettes smoked by individual smokers daily.

E-cigs are in two forms: disposable and rechargeable. With the rechargeable, it is either manually filled or comes with cartridges which are already filled with e juice. There is also a solvent area, a heating source, a power piece and a mouthpiece to puff.

Normal cigarette contain tar and other harmful ingredients. These are what fill up the lungs and heart with poisonous smoke that in turn lead to a lot of health dilemmas. With e-cigs, this is not the case and since it was found that those who took part in the studies were able to reduce the number of cigarettes smoked daily, it added to its health benefits. Standard cigarette smoke contain high amounts of nicotine and other chemicals which are harmful to health but with e cigaret, it is free from those chemicals so you only have the nicotine which you so much crave for in lower amounts.

E-cigs do not stimulate smoking in smokers to the point of addiction. Smoking e-cigs are not as dangerous to health as smoking the normal cigarettes because most of those dangerous toxins found in normal cigarettes are missing from it and for many of those who smoke it, they claim to have a non realistic experience with it.

With e-cigs, they do contain liquefied nicotine which is inhaled whenever a puff is taken on el cigaret. Since the recent studies carried out to find out if this form of cigarettes is quite effective in aiding smokers quit smoking, the number of those who purchase it has risen greatly.  Many are turning to this form of cigarette as an alternative for healthy smoking. This form of smoking does not release any smoke into the air at all and it has turned out to be quite a healthy option as well as a break from the harmful normal cigarettes which is widely known.

With some who have quit smoking with the aid of this, they say that it is just to take a few puffs a day than they used to. After using e-cigs, they noticed that they generally began to reduce the number of times they smokes gradually until they no longer even remembered to smoke.
